These aren’t two things you usually associate with a church service, am I right? Right now you may be wondering if this is some kind of weird hippy-cult or something.
I can guarantee that we are not.
I am a minister, ordained through this church; but I wasn’t born and raised Spiritualist. I was a Roman Catholic first, and later converted to Wicca: but neither fully encompassed what I felt to be “true”. I found that here.
Now, what’s true for me may not be true for you; and that’s ok. I will never say that the way we believe is the “right” way. And that’s why I serve here.
We have members who are Buddhist, Catholic, Shamans, Pagans, Wiccans, and many other faith-walks. All are welcomed. All can share their ideas, opinions, and views. What I love about this church is that you can come with any belief system you have, and have an uplifting experience at a Service: feel like you felt the presence of “your” God.
And you won’t hear sermons about damnation and intolerance. You won’t have some members who are “more holy” than others. You won’t be told you need to repent for who you are and what you believe.
So if you’ve been looking for a place to just go and worship, without the politics, the fashion show, the “Good Ol’ Boys”, etc., then perhaps come check us out. See if what we say inspires you to want to be a better person. Find out if you will get the inspiration and the healing you need to make your week a little better. And see if you don’t make your own connection to “the Divine”.
